PAYMENT TERM

We accept Visa / Master Card / American Express 

Net Terms are available for all orders after the initial order upon credit approval. Please email AR@ighglobalcorp.com for an application.

 

PRICING

All prices are FOB Los Angeles, California. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

 

NET TERMS

Net 30 extended to established accounts with references. All first orders must be prepaid. 

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via UPS or similar services. Shipping quotes are estimates only and may vary from actual shipping cost. Drop ship services are available. 

All general stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. We will notify you within 2 business days if the item is out of stock. For all PO Box addresses, we will ship via USPS. We cannot guarantee an estimate delivery time frame while shipping with USPS. Once a shipment leaves our facility, the package is out of IGH Global's control and we will not be liable for any packages lost in transit.

 

DROP SHIPPING

We offer drop ship services. We are not set up to handle any returns for drop ship clients. Drop ship clients must handle and absorb all returns aside from manufacturer defects.

 

RETURN POLICY

• For wholesalers, we accept returns on unopen items within 15 days of order date.  All Sales and Clearance Items over 50% off are final sales and cannot be returned.

Please inspect all shipments and report damaged and defective items. Any defects should be reported to us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
